Question: What is the refund policy for scheduled appointment whether a reading, coaching, or any other sessions?
Answer: Refund, cancellation or rescheduling can be made at anytime prior to the scheduled appointment day and time. NO refunds, cancellation or rescheduling will be made once appointment day and time has started.
Question: Missed appointments
Answer: No refunds and No rescheduling for missed appointments.
Question: Late start appointments
Answer: Pre-paid, scheduled appointments are held for person who scheduled appointment and can call in at any time during the scheduled day and time. The remaining time of the scheduled appointment will be honored.
Question: Who initiates appointment at scheduled day and time.
Answer: The client is responsible to initiate phone call, zoom call, or contact method (i.e. face time, google chat, skype etc.) at the scheduled day and time.
